L. Charles Fuller

Chuck Fuller is the CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Bridgecreek Financial Group and serves as the firm's lead investment strategist, guiding its portfolio management philosophy, research process, and long-term strategic vision. With decades of experience managing portfolios, Chuck has built Bridgecreek around a disciplined, research-driven investment approach focused on long-term wealth preservation and growth. He works closely with clients to develop customized portfolio solutions tailored to their financial goals and risk objectives.

Prior to founding Bridgecreek, Chuck managed portfolios for high-net-worth clients, corporations, foundations, and endowments at BOK Financial and Merrill Lynch Asset Management. While at BOK Financial, he served as the lead portfolio manager for the Tulsa Community Foundation.

Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Tulsa. He has received several national honors, including recognition as one of the Top 1,200 Financial Advisors in the United States by Barron's and one of the Top 100 Wealth Advisors in the United States by Robb Report/Worth magazine. He is a Cowboy100 Honoree (2021, 2022), an award recognizing top entrepreneurial graduates from across the university, and a member of the University of Tulsa Friends of Finance.

Chuck holds the Series 65 license, the Certified Portfolio Manager (CPM®) designation from the Academy of Portfolio Management and Columbia University, the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation from the Investments & Wealth Institute, and the Investment Strategist Certificate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Investments & Wealth Institute, the CFA Institute, and the CFA Society of Oklahoma, where he previously served as Treasurer.

Chuck has served on the School of Entrepreneurship Advisory Board at Oklahoma State University since 2018 and is a member of the OSU Board of Governors. He previously served on the Board of Trustees for the St. Simeon's Foundation.
